How do I determine my correct size in Dansko shoes?

Dansko shoes are sized according to European (EU) whole size standards. For the best fit, there should be about a pinky-finger's width of space between your heel and the back of the clog.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please ensure the soles are clean and the tags are attached to receive a full refund.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Are Dansko shoes slip-resistant?

Many of our Pro XP and specialized work collections feature slip-resistant outsoles that meet or exceed SATRA and ASTM standards. Check individual product descriptions for specific safety ratings.

How should I clean and maintain my leather clogs?

For smooth leathers, wipe with a damp cloth and use a leather cream to maintain moisture. For suede or nubuck, use a specialized brush to remove surface dirt and maintain the nap.
