Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific footwear you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the provided menu to help us improve our products.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Generate and print your prepaid UPS shipping label directly from the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Ship and Track

  Pack your unworn shoes in their original box, attach the label, and drop the package at any authorized UPS location to begin the refund process.
